There are 11 tasks on day 1 and 13 tasks on day 2. So while there are a gazillion turns (it's a navigational challenge this year, remember!) you will also be stopping frequently and can turn your directions sheets over at the same time. That might help those (like me) who don't do the scrolling roadbook directions, but have a page for each riding section.
10 September
I've just sent everyone an email asking for meet 'n' greet dinner orders and any dietary requirements. The meet 'n' greet dinner is on Tue 29th Sep at 18:00 at the Old Mill Hotel, 98 Main Street, Hahndorf. Everyone needs to be there - including backup drivers!
There's a form on this website to choose your food. If you're not planning to eat at the hotel please say so on the form, but add in any dietary requirements because we need those for the presentation lunch.
The presentation lunch is at the same venue on Fri 2nd October at 14:00. We're providing a selection of food platters (hence needing your dietary requirements!) and are asking for a contribution of $10 each.
Please complete your meet 'n' greet dinner order/dietary requirements info by Sun 20th September.

Sorry it's been a while between updates. Latest news:

We currently have 72 machines registered - about twice the number we usually get! - so we'll be closing registrations at midnight tomorrow, Sun 2 August.

Looks like we’re going to hit 70 scooters on the starting line-up this year 😬 So, for this year only, we’re gonna allow teams of four to start together. Get your nominations in, anything from two to four scooters per team.

Welcome to all those who have registered for this year's event! We currently have 61 registrations (excluding pillions) - hooley dooley, that's more than we expected!
We've sent everyone details for payment. Thanks to those who have already paid - we'd like to get all payments in by Sun 23rd Aug, please, so that we can get merch ordered in good time.
For those who have a pillion, or who have ordered extra t-shirts etc., additional merch will be at cost. We'll let you know the price once we've put the order in.

Sorry it's been a while between updates. Latest news:
- 75 (+ 2 pillions + 1 sidecar passenger) have registered and paid their entry fees - a record!
- T-shirt and legshield banner orders have been placed.
- Those who have ordered extra t-shirts have been contacted and asked for payment (some have already paid - thank you!).
- Most people have joined Signal messaging and are in the Mille group chat. There are a few who haven't yet and they've been reminded.
- Trophies have been bought.
- Venue for meet and greet dinner and trophy presentation lunch has been booked.
- Event insurance has been secured - thanks to our sponsor the Lambretta Club of Australia ❤️
